I strongly agree with this. When I shop online, I almost never worry about finding the absolute cheapest price. 

Retailers who base their business on price attract customers who aren&#039;t loyal.  The long term profit in this business isn&#039;t from making a one-time $50 sale to a customer, but from selling $400 to a customer over a couple of years.  

Attracting customers who will be loyal is crucial. Outstanding customer service is one of the very best ways to accomplish this.</description>
