While I agree with the idea behind your article I&#039;m convinced &quot;About Us&quot; is a mission critical page.  This isn&#039;t to say a bad About Us page can&#039;t do more harm than good but the fact remains that a well written About Us page can do a great job at helping the potential shopper understand a retailer&#039;s core value proposition.
